We are always accepting resumes for qualified employees to perform land surveying duties in the field and in the office working on projects in land development throughout San Diego and Southern California. We will consider all levels of experience.

Specific Tasks
To assist with the following tasks which are to be performed under the direction and supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor:

Field
• Responsibilities running a one-man or two-man survey crew while performing boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys
• Operating a robotic total-station, GNSS receivers, data collector, and other related survey equipment

Office
• Performing title and survey records research
• Processing data from field surveys
• Preparing topographic maps and assisting with preparation of ALTA Surveys
• Preparing calculations and equipment for construction staking duties
• Preparing plats and maps for Corner Records/Records of Survey/Subdivision Maps

Requirements
• Preferably experienced with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experienced using Data Collection Software for use with a Robotic Total Station and GNSS Receivers.
• Must be familiar with basic Microsoft Office software.
• Hard worker with no reservations about physical aspects of the field work balanced with a professional attitude on the job site and in the office.
• Responsible and on-time attitude and does not mind working overtime.
• Preferably familiar with deeds, legal descriptions, and record map research.
• A current, valid California Class C driver’s license
